It’s easy to say that our hearts are sold on electric vehicles. They’re efficient, speedy, stylish, and are cheaper to fuel than a gas car! We’ve written about exciting new EVs before, but here are four more battery electric vehicles that we love right now.

Jaguar I-Pace

We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the car that won three 2019 World Car awards for performance, environment, and innovation! The Jaguar I-Pace is an electric SUV with all wheel drive uses a 90 kWh battery with an EPA rated range of 234 miles. However, the newest software update for 2020 could increase that range to 250 miles! Pictured above at a SemaConnect station in North Carolina, the I-Pace starts at $69,850.

Mustang Mach-E

Ford’s big announcement from last week highlighted the tailgating possibilities of the Mustang Mach-E, which will arrive at the end of 2020. When reserving this crossover, EV drivers can choose between rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, with slight differences in range between the two designs. The base model uses a 76 kWh battery with estimated range starting at 210 miles and pricing starting at $43,895.

Porsche Taycan

The city racing commercial for the Porsche Taycan was one of the most fun ads of the night during the big game on February 2. And from what we’ve heard, it’s designed to be a fun car to drive! With a 93 kWh, 800V performance battery, the Taycan promises all-wheel drive with acceleration from 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. Prices start at $103,800 for this performance car with an EPA rating of 192-201 miles.

ID Crozz/ID 4

While Volkswagen is still selling its e-Golf, its newest EV models are all planned as part of the new ID series that uses a brand new modular platform. The ID 4 (sometimes called the ID Crozz) will be the first EV from this new series to reach the United States later this year. A crossover SUV, the ID4 is expected to cost around $40,000 with all wheel drive and an 83 kWh battery.

There are many new electric vehicles to be excited about, especially with the $7500 federal tax credit. Whether you already own an EV or are still deciding on your favorite model, there are plenty to choose from. Whatever you choose, we look forward to charging your adventures!
